ABOUT

Leadership Yellowhead West is a 7-month program made up of 2 two-day retreats and 6 one-day learning sessions (held monthly). During these sessions, you will get hands-on experience, practicing leadership skills while addressing real issues facing the Region.

You will learn how to motivate, communicate and cooperate. You’ll get to know other people like yourself – people who want to be in charge of their destiny and who are willing to invest in their potential.

When you join our program, you’ll immediately become part of a network of like-minded individuals from throughout the region – people you can work with to enrich your organization and your community.

You will also be mentored by an experienced leader in the community; this relationship is meant to enhance your learning as well as increase the range of your leadership network.
